Practice Areas

As a criminal attorney in Las Vegas, I have built my practice representing clients facing a wide range of criminal charges in both state and federal courts. I am dedicated to my clients, and helping them achieve the positive end result that they need in their case. I realize that when you’re facing prosecution and a possible sentence of incarceration that your world will feel like it is crashing down around you. When you have someone fighting for you every step of the way it changes everything. I will work tirelessly to discredit and disprove the prosecution’s case against you. Whether it involves going to trial or obtaining a great plea deal, I will do everything I can to help you when you retain my services.

Here are some of the charges I focus my criminal defense practice on:

Arrested on vacation — representing clients who have been arrested while visiting Las Vegas. Being arrested in a different city or state will add to the inconvenience, and we are happy to help you resolve your situation in an equitable manner while you get back to your life at home.

Drug charges — including simple possession, possession with intent to deliver, drug manufacturing and drug trafficking. Representation for all drug crimes in Nevada.

DUI — driving under the influence of alcohol or driving while impaired. A DUI arrest can be for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Bad checks — which includes casino markers. If you have been arrested for passing a bad check or casino marker default it will be important to secure legal representation for your case.

Theft crimes — includes grand theft, petty theft, larceny and burglary.

Sex crimes — includes lewd and lascivious conduct, child molestation, possession of child pornography and traveling to have sex with a minor.

Domestic violence — crimes involving spousal abuse or any other form of domestic violence.

Federal crimes — aggressive criminal defense for those being charged in the federal system. Being prosecuted by the federal government is very serious, and having a qualified federal crime attorney will be critical.

Criminal trespass — which is the entering of an establishment where one has been prohibited. Often accompanies being arrested for resisting arrest as well.

Violent crimes — which includes assault, domestic violence, murder, threats of violence, rape and carjacking

Gun or weapon crimes — includes possession of a gun or firearm by a felon, illegal possession of a firearm, trafficking firearms and possession of illegal assault weapons like brass knuckles and Chinese stars.

White Collar Crimes — which will include embezzlement, tax evasion, pyramid schemes, ponzi schemes and counterfeiting
